The Wausau Area Hmong New Year, Inc. will host the Wausau Hmong New Year Celebration on November 14–15, 2026 at the Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center. Registration must be completed online. No-shows will forfeit their registration fee.

1. Photo & Media ConsentI hereby grant permission to Wausau Area Hmong New Year, Inc., and its affiliates, to photograph and record video of me and/or my child(ren). I authorize the use, reproduction, and publication of such media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation now or in the future.
2. Confidential Information StatementAll personal information collected through this registration form will remain confidential and will be used solely for registration, communication, and program-related purposes. This information will not be shared with unauthorized individuals or organizations and will be maintained in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of LiabilityI acknowledge that participation in dance and/or singing activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Wausau Area Hmong New Year, Inc. from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to participation in this event, including those resulting from negligence. I further agree not to initiate any legal action against the organization.
